What is Mineral Plaster?

It is a decorative acrylic copolymer and granite-marble based coating material for exterior and interior walls. Decorative external and internal covering a product of fadeless with its natural colours, water resistant - washing and rubbing, flexible and breathable. Due to high quality additives in its compound, it is very resistible to rain, humidity, UV and negative effects of sally humidity at sea side, industrial weather conditions and all kind of weather conditions.

Since its colors are natural, it does not fade in time, blister, cracks and pour on wall. It keeps its originalities many years. It can be applied on thin plaster, thick plaster, concrete, wood prefabricate construction and on a wide range of interior and exterior surfaces. It can be applied on surfaces of buildings, factories, schools, offices, stores, hotels and tourism buildings. We supply 11 different colors of mineral plaster. We can get new colors by mixing these 11 main colors.

Technical Information for Mineral Plaster:

 Preparation and Application:

All surface must be clean and free from loose or peeling paint, grease, dirt, dust, oil and any strange matter. Scrape or brush all loose paint, fill open joints. And must be scratched with a spatula after 10-15 minutes.

Mineral plaster is spilled into a large bowl after the tin package opened. Material is mixed after some water added according to conditions of surface and weather. Appliance is performed with steel trowel and a shovel within, approximately 15 minutes, polishing and teasing are performed and it is left to dry. Drying time is 24 – 48 hours (in 20°C).

In rainy weathers and under a lower temperature of 5°C practising can not be done. The surface, on which the applying was started, should be finished. Always use the materials that the same production codes. If you must or if you would like to use different colors on one surface it is suggested that you use paper tape. Before applying the material on the floor, apply Acrylic Primer in the color of the material. Plaster acquires its permanent appearance within 2 to 3 hours.

It is not health hazardous, no radioactive elements in it.

Keep under close and dry area at 20C for 12 month. Protect from frost.
